Due to the sensitive nature of our products and their intended use solely for research, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to uphold the integrity of our supply chain and the safety of our customers.

1. General Policy for Research-Grade Products

All products sold by Arizona Peptides are intended for research use only and are not for human consumption or therapeutic purposes. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the integrity of its storage or handling conditions. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been shipped and delivered without error.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

a. Damaged or Defective Product Upon Arrival:

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or is found to be defective upon immediate inspection (e.g., incorrect vial, broken seal, obvious contamination), you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Requirements:
    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
    • Notification within the specified timeframe.

b. Incorrect Product Shipped:

If you receive a product that does not match your order (e.g., wrong peptide, incorrect concentration), you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Requirements:
    • Clear photographic evidence of the incorrect product received.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
    • Notification within the specified timeframe.

c. Lost in Transit:

If your order is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund.

  • Requirements:
    • Confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package is lost.
    • Notification after the expected delivery window has passed but within 30 days of the original shipment date.

3. Non-Eligible Situations for Returns or Refunds

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used.
  • Products returned without prior authorization from Arizona Peptides.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Orders placed in error by the customer.
  • Changes of mind or products no longer needed.
  • Issues arising from failure to adhere to our storage recommendations.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement based on the eligible conditions above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any required photographic evidence.
  3. Await Authorization: Do not return any products until you have received explicit authorization and instructions from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Processing

  • Approved replacements will be shipped as soon as possible after approval, typically within 2-3 business days. We will provide tracking information for the new shipment.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard Refund & Return Policy. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately.
